一句话版本：可动钱是一款纯本地的现金流管理工具，提供无需订阅的免费功能与可选的 Pro 升级（通过 Apple App Store 购买）。年度订阅会自动续订，你可以在 iOS 设置中随时取消，取消后仍可使用到当前订阅期结束。本条款与隐私政策共同构成你与我们之间的协议。
1接受条款
本《使用条款》（下称"本条款"）是你（下称"用户"）与可动钱（Available Cash）开发者之间，就下载、安装和使用可动钱 iOS 应用程序（下称"本 App"）所订立的协议。当你下载、安装或以任何方式使用本 App 时，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束。
如果你不同意本条款的任何内容，请不要安装或使用本 App，并删除已安装的副本。若你未满 18 周岁或为所在司法辖区的限制民事行为能力人，请在监护人陪同下阅读并决定是否同意。
本 App 由 Apple Inc. 的 App Store 分发。你通过 App Store 下载和使用本 App，还须遵守 Apple 的《App Store 条款与条件》及《最终用户许可协议》（EULA）中关于第三方应用的规定。若本条款与 App Store 的强制性规定冲突，以 App Store 的规定为准。通过 App Store 获取本 App，你同时受 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（Apple Standard EULA）约束。
2服务说明
可动钱是一款个人现金流管理工具。它根据你在 App 内手动录入的账户、账单、负债、资产和收支计划，在你的设备本地计算可动现金、现金流时间线、账单压力与抗风险时间等指标，帮助你提前看到未来可能出现的资金紧张。
本 App 不提供以下服务
- 不连接银行或支付机构：本 App 不读取、不同步你的真实银行账户或交易流水，所有数据由你手动录入；
- 不是金融服务或金融产品：我们不提供存款、贷款、理财、支付、结算、征信、证券交易或资金托管等任何受监管金融服务；
- 不构成专业建议：本 App 展示的所有金额、日期、预测与提示均为基于你录入数据的估算与提醒，不构成财务规划、投资、税务、法律或其他专业建议。请自行判断并咨询持牌专业人士后再做决策；
- 无网络服务承诺：本 App 为本地优先设计，不依赖开发者服务器，因此我们不对云端可用性、同步或跨设备一致性作出承诺。
3使用许可与限制
在遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，供你在自己拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上安装和使用本 App。本许可不构成出售，我们保留本 App 及其所有权利、所有权和知识产权。
你不得从事以下行为
- 复制、修改、翻译、改编本 App，或制作其衍生作品；
- 对本 App 进行反向工程、反编译、反汇编，或试图获取其源代码（法律明确允许的范围除外）；
- 出租、出借、转售、再许可、分发本 App，或将其用于商业性培训、托管、分时共享；
- 移除、遮挡或篡改本 App 中的版权、商标或其他权利声明；
- 利用本 App 从事违法活动，或侵犯他人合法权益；
- 以自动化方式批量抓取本 App 内容，或干扰其正常运行。
「可动钱」「Available Cash」及相关标识是我们的商标。未经书面许可，你不得使用这些标识。
4免费版与 Pro 功能
本 App 提供无需订阅即可使用的免费功能，以及可选的 Pro 付费功能。免费功能当前包含现金时间线、可动现金与账单管理等核心能力；当前版本不含广告，我们也不出售你的数据。免费功能的具体范围可能随版本更新而调整。
Pro 解锁的额外能力（如更长周期的现金风险分析、自定义收入停止情境、决策预演、项目资金规划等）以 App 内购买形式提供。具体包含哪些功能、以及哪些功能随版本更新而调整，以本 App 内「可动钱 Pro」页面的当前描述为准。Pro 权益范围可能随版本更新而调整；对于你已经付款的订阅期，我们会按购买时所描述的内容提供服务。
5购买与自动续订订阅
所有购买均通过 Apple App Store 完成，受 Apple 的支付与账单规则约束。我们不收集、不存储、也无法访问你的银行卡、账单地址或其他支付信息。
Pro 终身版（一次性购买 · 非消耗型）
一次性付款，购买后在相同 Apple ID 下持续有效，不会自动续订，也不会产生后续费用。
Pro 年度订阅（自动续订订阅）
年度订阅通过 Apple App Store 购买。若你符合免费试用资格并选择 7 天免费试用，试用期间不会收取年度订阅费用；若未在试用结束前取消，试用结束后将按购买页面显示的年度价格开始计费并自动续订。若不适用免费试用，则按照 Apple 购买确认页面显示的价格与时间扣款。
- 订阅期为 1 年，除非你在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅会自动续订；
- 续订费用将在当前订阅期结束前的 24 小时内从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除；
- 实际价格以购买时 App 内展示的价格为准，可能因地区、税率或促销而不同。
购买确认页面会在扣款前展示价格与订阅周期，请在购买前确认。
6免费试用与取消方式
7 天免费试用
若你符合资格并选择年度订阅的免费试用，你可在试用期开始后的 7 天内免费使用 Pro 功能。在试用期结束前，系统会向你展示试用将转为付费订阅的时间。
- 若你在试用期结束前至少 24 小时取消订阅，不会被收取任何费用；
- 若未取消，试用期结束后将自动转为付费年度订阅并开始扣费；
- 每个 Apple ID 通常仅可享受一次新用户试用资格，具体以 Apple 判定为准；
- 若你在试用期内购买同一订阅，试用期的未使用部分将被作废（以 Apple 规则为准）。
如何管理或取消订阅
你可以随时自行关闭自动续订：
- 打开 iOS「设置」；
- 点击顶部的你的姓名（Apple ID）；
- 进入「订阅」；
- 选择「可动钱」，点击「取消订阅」。
取消后，你仍可继续使用 Pro 功能，直到当前订阅期结束；到期后自动回退到免费版，你已录入的数据不会丢失。请注意：删除 App 不会自动取消订阅，必须在上述设置路径中关闭。
7退款与恢复购买
退款
所有购买与退款由 Apple 统一处理。我们无法代为发起退款，也无法查询或干预你的订单。如需申请退款，请通过 Apple 的退款渠道提交：reportaproblem.apple.com，或联系 Apple 支持。是否退款由 Apple 依其政策决定。
恢复购买
如果你更换设备、重新安装 App 或 Pro 权益未正确显示，可在 App 内「设置 → 可动钱 Pro → 恢复购买」重新激活已有的终身版或年度订阅，不会重复收费。恢复需要使用购买时的同一 Apple ID。若恢复失败，请先确认登录的 Apple ID 正确、网络连接正常，然后重试；仍无法解决时请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
8价格与条款变更
我们可能调整 Pro 的价格或新增付费选项。价格调整不影响你已完成的购买；对于自动续订订阅，若价格发生变动，Apple 会依其规则提前通知你，你可在生效前取消以拒绝新价格。
我们也可能不时修订本条款。修订后的条款将在本页面公布并更新生效日期。若变更涉及你的实质权利，我们会尽力通过 App 内提示或本页面的显著说明告知你。在变更后继续使用本 App，即视为你接受修订后的条款。建议你定期查阅本页。
9数据、备份与免责声明
你录入的全部财务数据默认仅保存在你的设备本地，由 iOS 沙盒与系统数据保护机制保护。我们不持有你的数据副本，也无法代你恢复。这意味着：
- 备份由你负责。请定期使用 App 内的「导出数据备份」功能生成备份文件并妥善保管。设备丢失、损坏、系统故障、卸载 App 或误删数据导致的损失，由你自行承担；
- 导出的备份文件可能包含敏感财务信息，请自行保管，避免上传至不可信的第三方服务；
- 卸载 App 不会自动取消进行中的订阅。
免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内，本 App 按「现状」和「现有」提供。我们不保证：本 App 无错误或不间断运行；展示的金额、日期、预测或提醒准确无误；或计算结果满足你的特定需求。所有计算结果仅供参考，请结合自身实际情况判断。
10责任限制与终止
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对以下情形承担责任：因你使用或无法使用本 App 而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失，包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失、商誉损失，或你基于本 App 展示的信息所作决策导致的损失。
我们对你的全部责任总额，不超过你在责任发生前 12 个月内为使用本 App 而实际支付的金额（若你未付费，则我们不承担赔偿责任）。前述限制不适用于因我们故意或重大过失造成的人身伤害，以及法律强制要求不可限制的情形。
终止
你可随时通过卸载 App 终止本条款。若你违反本条款，我们可终止本许可并要求你停止使用、删除全部副本。终止后，第 9、10、11 条及按其性质应继续有效的条款仍然有效。
11适用法律与联系我们
本条款的订立、效力、解释、履行与争议解决，均适用中华人民共和国法律（不含其冲突法规则）。因本条款引起的或与之相关的任何争议，双方应先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
若你所在地区的强制性消费者保护法律赋予你额外权利，该等权利不受本条款影响。

3使用授權與限制

4免費版與 Pro 功能
本 App 提供無需訂閱即可使用的免費功能，以及選用的 Pro 付費功能。免費功能目前包含現金時間軸、可動現金與帳單管理等核心能力；目前版本不含廣告，我們也不出售你的資料。免費功能的具體範圍可能隨版本更新而調整。
Pro 解鎖的額外能力（如更長週期的現金風險分析、自訂收入停止情境、決策預演、專案資金規劃等）以 App 內購買形式提供。實際包含哪些功能、以及哪些功能隨版本更新而調整，以本 App 內「可動錢 Pro」頁面的目前描述為準。Pro 權益範圍可能隨版本更新而調整；對於你已付款的訂閱期，我們會依購買時所描述的內容提供服務。
5購買與自動續訂訂閱

6免費試用與取消方式

Available Cash — Terms of Use
Effective: September 11, 2026 · Applies to Available Cash (可动钱) for iOS
In short: Available Cash is an on-device cash-flow tool. It offers free features that require no subscription as well as an optional Pro upgrade sold through the Apple App Store. The annual subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in iOS Settings, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. These Terms together with our Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and us.
1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("user") and the developer of Available Cash (可动钱) regarding your download, installation, and use of the Available Cash iOS application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not install or use the App, and delete any copies you have installed. If you are under 18 or lack full legal capacity in your jurisdiction, review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download and use of the App are also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions and the end-user license terms applicable to third-party applications. If these Terms conflict with a mandatory App Store requirement, the App Store requirement prevails. By obtaining the App from the App Store, you are also subject to the Apple Standard EULA.
2What the App Does
Available Cash is a personal cash-flow management tool. Based on accounts, bills, debts, assets, and income or expense plans that you enter manually, it calculates figures on your own device — available cash, a cash-flow timeline, upcoming payment pressure, and how long your money would last if income stopped — to help you spot tight spots before they arrive.
The App does not
- Connect to banks or payment providers. It does not read or sync your real bank accounts or transaction history; all data is entered by you.
- Provide regulated financial services. We do not offer deposits, lending, wealth management, payments, settlement, credit reporting, securities trading, or custody of funds.
- Give professional advice. Every amount, date, projection, and reminder shown is an estimate based on the data you entered. It is not financial planning, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Use your own judgement and consult a licensed professional before acting.
- Promise any online service. The App is local-first and does not depend on a developer server, so we make no commitment regarding cloud availability, sync, or cross-device consistency.
3License and Restrictions
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control. This is not a sale. We retain all right, title, and interest in the App and its intellectual property.
You may not
- copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
- rent, lend, resell, sublicense, distribute, or use the App for commercial training, hosting, or time-sharing;
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
- use the App for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others;
- scrape the App by automated means or interfere with its normal operation.
"Available Cash" and "可动钱" and the related logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.
4Free and Pro Features
The App offers free features that require no subscription along with an optional Pro upgrade. The free features currently include the core cash-flow timeline, available-cash calculation, and bill management. The current version carries no advertising and we do not sell your data. The exact scope of the free features may change as the App is updated.
Pro unlocks additional capabilities, such as longer-range cash risk analysis, custom income-stop scenarios, decision previews, and project funding planning. The features actually included — and any adjustments across versions — are defined by the current description on the in-app "Available Cash Pro" screen. The scope of Pro may change as the App is updated. For any subscription period you have paid for, we will provide the service as described at the time of your purchase.
5Purchases and Auto-Renewal
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are governed by Apple's payment and billing rules. We do not collect, store, or have access to your card details, billing address, or other payment information.
Pro Lifetime (one-time purchase · non-consumable)
A single payment that remains valid under the same Apple ID on an ongoing basis. It does not auto-renew and creates no further charges.
Pro Annual (auto-renewable subscription)
The annual subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store. If you are eligible for and choose the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged the annual fee during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins at the annual price shown on the purchase screen and the subscription renews automatically. If the free trial does not apply, you are charged the price and on the schedule shown on Apple's purchase confirmation screen.
- The subscription runs for one year and renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal is charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- The actual price is the one displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region, tax, or promotion.
The confirmation screen shows the price and subscription period before any charge is made. Please review it before purchasing.
6Free Trial and Cancellation
7-day free trial
If you are eligible and choose the annual subscription's free trial, you may use Pro features free of charge for 7 days from the start of the trial. Before the trial ends, the App will show you when it converts to a paid subscription.
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.
- If you do not cancel, the trial automatically converts to a paid annual subscription and billing begins.
- New-user trial eligibility is generally limited to once per Apple ID, as determined by Apple.
- If you purchase the same subscription during the trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited, subject to Apple's rules.
How to manage or cancel
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time:
- Open the iOS Settings app;
- Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top;
- Go to Subscriptions;
- Select Available Cash and tap Cancel Subscription.
After cancelling, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, after which the App reverts to the free version. Your data is not deleted. Note that deleting the App does not cancel a subscription — you must turn off renewal in Settings as described above.
7Refunds and Restoring Purchases
Refunds
All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds on your behalf, nor can we look up or intervene in your order. To request a refund, use Apple's channel at reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Whether a refund is granted is decided by Apple under its own policy.
Restoring purchases
If you switch devices, reinstall the App, or your Pro access does not appear, go to Settings → Available Cash Pro → Restore Purchases in the App to reactivate your existing Lifetime or annual subscription at no additional charge. Restoration requires the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If restoring fails, confirm you are signed in with the correct Apple ID and have a working connection, then try again. If it still fails, email us using the address below.
8Changes to Pricing and Terms
We may change Pro pricing or introduce new paid options. Price changes do not affect purchases you have already completed. For auto-renewable subscriptions, Apple will notify you in advance of a price change under its own rules, and you may cancel before it takes effect to decline the new price.
We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in the App or through a prominent note on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms. We suggest checking this page periodically.
9Data, Backups, Disclaimers
All financial data you enter is stored locally on your device by default, protected by the iOS sandbox and system data protection. We hold no copy of your data and cannot restore it for you. This means:
- Backups are your responsibility. Please use the in-app "Export Data Backup" function regularly and keep the file somewhere safe. Loss caused by a lost, damaged, or malfunctioning device, by uninstalling the App, or by deleting data yourself is your responsibility.
- Exported backup files may contain sensitive financial information. Store them carefully and avoid uploading them to untrusted third-party services.
- Uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted; that the amounts, dates, projections, or reminders shown are accurate; or that any calculation will meet your particular needs. All output is for reference only — apply your own judgement.
10Liability and Termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or any loss resulting from decisions you make based on information shown in the App.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to use the App in the 12 months before the liability arose (if you have not paid, we owe no compensation). This limitation does not apply to personal injury caused by our intent or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
Termination
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. If you breach these Terms, we may terminate this license and require you to stop using the App and delete all copies. Sections 9, 10, and 11, along with any provision that by nature should survive, remain in effect after termination.
11Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, either party may bring an action before the competent people's court at the location of the developer.
If mandatory consumer protection law in your country grants you additional rights, those rights are unaffected by these Terms.
