可动钱 隐私政策

一句话版本：可动钱是一款本地优先的现金流管理 App。我们不要求注册账号，不运营用于存储你财务记录的开发者服务器，不内置广告或第三方统计 SDK，也不跨 App 或跨网站追踪你。你录入的财务数据默认存储并处理在设备本地；如果你启用了 iCloud 备份或设备备份，iOS / Apple 可能依据你的系统设置和 Apple 的政策备份 App 数据。
1我们收集哪些信息
我们不收集可识别个人身份的信息，也不将你的 App 内数据上传到开发者服务器。
你会在 App 中主动录入以下内容，这些内容默认保存在 App 的设备本地存储中，我们无法通过开发者服务器访问：
- 现金账户、信用卡或其他支付账户的名称、余额、账单日、还款日等信息；
- 收入、支出、转账、还款、资产买入或赎回等交易记录；
- 资产、负债、周期性重复规则、现金流事件、决策记录与备注；
- 安全底线、预测天数、提醒偏好、App 锁等设置项。
这些数据用于在设备本地计算可动现金、现金流时间线、账单压力、资产与负债状况。可动钱本身不会将这些数据上传至开发者服务器。数据可能在你主动导出或分享，或通过你启用的 iOS / iCloud 系统备份时离开设备；系统备份由 Apple 按你的系统设置和其自身政策处理。
2数据如何存储
你的数据默认存储在 iOS 为可动钱分配的本地 App 沙盒中，由系统提供的数据保护机制加密保护。卸载 App 或在 App 内清空数据会删除这些本地数据。
可动钱不会自行将你的数据同步到开发者运营的云端，不提供开发者账号系统，也不持有你的财务数据服务器副本。因此，若你删除了设备本地数据且没有可用的导出或系统备份，我们无法为你恢复。
如果你启用了 iCloud 备份或设备备份，iOS / Apple 可能会将 App 数据纳入系统备份。此类备份由 Apple 管理，我们无法访问或控制；你可以在 Apple 设备和 iCloud 设置中管理相应备份。
3设备权限
当前版本的可动钱不请求定位、通讯录、相机、麦克风、照片、健康数据、蓝牙、日历等敏感系统权限。App 也不会在后台读取设备标识符用于追踪。
通知（可随时关闭）
如果你主动开启账单与现金流提醒，App 会向 iOS 申请本地通知权限。提醒由设备本地生成与触发，不经过任何服务器；通知内容默认仅显示金额与日期等概要信息，是否显示交易明细由你自行选择。你可以在系统「设置 → 通知」或 App 内的提醒设置中随时关闭。
App 锁（可随时关闭）
如果你开启 App 锁，身份验证（Face ID / Touch ID / 设备密码）完全由 iOS 系统处理。可动钱只接收「成功」或「失败」的结果，不会读取、保存或上传你的面容、指纹或设备密码。
文件选择器与分享面板
导入备份时，系统文件选择器由你主动选择一个 JSON 文件；导出备份时，系统分享面板由你主动选择保存或分享位置。这两者均为 iOS 系统组件，App 不会在未经你操作的情况下读取其他文件。
4导出、备份与分享
可动钱提供本地备份导出与导入功能。导出的 JSON 备份文件由你主动生成，并可由你选择保存到 iCloud Drive、通过 AirDrop 分享，或用系统分享面板发送到其他位置。
一旦你主动将备份文件保存、分享或发送到第三方位置，该文件将受到对应服务或接收方的隐私政策约束。备份文件可能包含完整的财务信息，请妥善保管，避免分享给不可信的对象或上传到公开位置。
5第三方服务与数据共享
我们不向任何第三方出售、出租或共享你的数据。当前版本不包含以下组件：
- 广告 SDK（含个性化广告与广告归因）；
- 第三方统计 / 行为分析 SDK；
- 崩溃与性能上报 SDK；
- 应用内账号、云同步或社交分享 SDK。
唯一的外部关联方是 Apple：如果你通过 App Store 下载、购买或更新本 App，Apple 会根据其自身隐私政策处理与购买、下载、退款、家庭共享或订阅相关的信息。可动钱不收集、也看不到你的完整支付信息。
6数据保留与删除
你录入的数据默认保存在 App 的设备本地存储中，保留期限由你决定——直到你在 App 内删除、清空数据或卸载 App 为止。你主动导出的副本以及 iOS / iCloud 系统备份中的副本由对应位置或服务管理。
你可以：
- 在 App 内逐条删除账户、交易、资产、负债等记录；
- 在「设置 → 重置数据」中一次性清空全部本地数据；
- 通过卸载 App 删除保存在设备本地的全部 App 数据。
你主动导出到设备外部或第三方服务的备份文件，需要你在对应位置自行删除。
7你的权利
由于开发者不运营存储你财务记录的服务器，你无需向我们提出申请即可在 App 内直接查阅、复制、更正、补充和删除本地数据。卸载 App 会删除设备上的本地 App 数据；你主动导出的备份或由系统备份产生的副本，需要在对应位置按其规则管理或删除。

8儿童隐私
可动钱不是面向儿童设计的产品，我们不面向不满 14 周岁的未成年人提供针对性服务，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如果你认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请通过本政策中的邮箱联系我们，我们会尽快处理。
9政策变更
如果未来可动钱增加云同步、账号系统、第三方分析或其他会改变数据处理方式的功能，我们会在相关功能上线前更新本隐私政策，并在必要时通过 App 或 App Store 页面提示你。继续使用即表示你接受更新后的政策；若你不同意，可以停止使用并删除本地数据。

2資料如何儲存

3裝置權限
目前版本的可動錢不請求定位、通訊錄、相機、麥克風、照片、健康資料、藍牙、日曆等敏感系統權限。App 也不會在背景讀取裝置識別碼用於追蹤。
通知（可隨時關閉）
如果你主動開啟帳單與現金流提醒，App 會向 iOS 申請本地通知權限。提醒由裝置本地產生與觸發，不經過任何伺服器；通知內容預設僅顯示金額與日期等摘要資訊，是否顯示交易明細由你自行選擇。你可以在系統「設定 → 通知」或 App 內的提醒設定中隨時關閉。
App 鎖（可隨時關閉）
如果你開啟 App 鎖，身分驗證（Face ID / Touch ID / 裝置密碼）完全由 iOS 系統處理。可動錢只接收「成功」或「失敗」的結果，不會讀取、儲存或上傳你的面容、指紋或裝置密碼。
檔案選擇器與分享面板
匯入備份時，系統檔案選擇器由你主動選擇一個 JSON 檔案；匯出備份時，系統分享面板由你主動選擇儲存或分享位置。這兩者均為 iOS 系統元件，App 不會在未經你操作的情況下讀取其他檔案。
4匯出、備份與分享
可動錢提供本地備份匯出與匯入功能。匯出的 JSON 備份檔案由你主動產生，並可由你選擇儲存到 iCloud Drive、透過 AirDrop 分享，或用系統分享面板傳送到其他位置。
一旦你主動將備份檔案儲存、分享或傳送到第三方位置，該檔案將受到對應服務或接收方的隱私政策約束。備份檔案可能包含完整的財務資訊，請妥善保管，避免分享給不可信的對象或上傳到公開位置。
5第三方服務與資料共享

- 透過解除安裝 App 刪除儲存在裝置本地的全部 App 資料。
你主動匯出到裝置外部或第三方服務的備份檔案，需要你在對應位置自行刪除。
7你的權利
由於開發者不營運儲存你財務記錄的伺服器，你無須向我們提出申請即可在 App 內直接查閱、複製、更正、補充和刪除本地資料。解除安裝 App 會刪除裝置上的本地 App 資料；你主動匯出的備份或由系統備份產生的副本，需要在對應位置依其規則管理或刪除。

8兒童隱私

Available Cash (可动钱) for iOS · Effective date: September 11, 2026
In short: Available Cash is a local-first cash-flow app. We do not require an account, operate developer servers that store your financial records, include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, or track you across apps or websites. The financial data you enter is stored and processed locally by default. If you enable iCloud Backup or device backup, iOS / Apple may back up app data according to your system settings and Apple's policies.
1Information We Collect
We do not collect personally identifiable information, and we do not upload your in-app data to developer servers.
You actively enter the following inside the app. By default it is stored in the app's local storage on your device, and we cannot access it through developer servers:
- Names, balances, statement dates and due dates for cash accounts, credit cards or other payment accounts;
- Transaction records such as income, expenses, transfers, repayments, asset purchases and redemptions;
- Assets, liabilities, recurring rules, cash-flow events, decision records and notes;
- Settings such as your safety floor, forecast horizon, reminder preferences and App Lock.
This data is used locally on your device to calculate available cash, the cash-flow timeline, bill pressure, assets and liabilities. Available Cash itself does not upload this data to developer servers. Data may leave the device when you export or share it, or through iOS / iCloud system backups that you enable; system backups are handled by Apple according to your system settings and Apple's own policies.
2How Data Is Stored
Your data is stored by default in the local app sandbox that iOS assigns to Available Cash, protected by the system's data protection mechanisms. Deleting the app or clearing data inside the app removes this local data.
Available Cash does not sync your data to developer-operated cloud services, provides no developer account system, and holds no server-side copy of your financial data. If you delete local data and have no usable export or system backup, we cannot restore it for you.
If you enable iCloud Backup or device backup, iOS / Apple may include app data in a system backup. Those backups are managed by Apple; we cannot access or control them. You can manage the relevant backups in your Apple device and iCloud settings.
3Device Permissions
The current version does not request sensitive system permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, health data, Bluetooth or calendars. The app does not read device identifiers in the background for tracking.
Notifications (optional)
If you turn on bill and cash-flow reminders, the app asks iOS for local notification permission. Reminders are generated and delivered on your device and pass through no server. By default a notification shows only summary information such as amount and date; whether transaction details appear is your choice. You can turn reminders off at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications, or in the app's reminder settings.
App Lock (optional)
If you enable App Lock, authentication (Face ID / Touch ID / device passcode) is handled entirely by iOS. Available Cash receives only a success or failure result and does not access, store or upload your face, fingerprint or device passcode.
File picker and share sheet
When importing a backup, the system file picker lets you choose a JSON file. When exporting, the system share sheet lets you choose where to save or share. Both are iOS system components; the app does not read other files without your action.
4Export, Backup and Sharing
Available Cash provides local backup export and import. You generate the exported JSON backup yourself and may choose to save it to iCloud Drive, share it via AirDrop, or send it elsewhere through the system share sheet.
Once you save, share or send a backup to a third-party destination, that file becomes subject to the privacy policy of the relevant service or recipient. A backup may contain your complete financial information — keep it secure and avoid sharing it with untrusted parties or uploading it to public locations.
5Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data with any third party. The current version contains no:
- advertising SDKs (including personalized ads and ad attribution);
- third-party analytics or behavioral tracking SDKs;
- crash or performance reporting SDKs;
- in-app account, cloud sync or social sharing SDKs.
The only external party involved is Apple: if you download, purchase or update this app through the App Store, Apple may process information related to purchases, downloads, refunds, Family Sharing or subscriptions under its own privacy policy. Available Cash does not collect and cannot see your full payment information.
6Data Retention and Deletion
Data you enter is stored by default in the app's local storage on your device, and the retention period is up to you — until you delete it, clear data, or uninstall the app. Copies you export and copies contained in iOS / iCloud system backups are managed by the relevant destination or service.
You can:
- delete individual accounts, transactions, assets and liability records inside the app;
- clear all local data at once under Settings → Reset Data;
- uninstall the app to remove all local app data from your device.
Backup files you export outside the device or to third-party services must be deleted by you in those locations.
7Your Rights
Because the developer does not operate servers that store your financial records, you can access, copy, correct, supplement and delete local data directly in the app without submitting an access or deletion request to us. Uninstalling the app removes the local app data from the device; backups you exported or copies created by system backup must be managed or deleted in the relevant destination or service.
If you believe our handling of your data is problematic, please contact us at the email address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
8Children's Privacy
Available Cash is not designed for children. We do not target minors under 14 and do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the email address below and we will address it promptly.
9Changes to This Policy
If Available Cash later adds cloud sync, an account system, third-party analytics, or other features that change how data is handled, we will update this policy before those features go live and, where necessary, notify you in the app or on the App Store page. Continued use means you accept the updated policy; if you do not agree, you may stop using the app and delete your local data.
